Jiangsu Foreign-Related Commercial and Maritime Professional Trial Coordination Seminar was held in Nanjing

On the afternoon of June 13th, Jiangsu foreign-related commercial and maritime professional trial coordination seminar was held in Nanjing. Qi Su, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court of the SPC; Liu Aizhen, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Jiangsu High People's Court; Hua Yujun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Nanjing Maritime Court, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Li Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Nanjing Maritime Court, presided over the seminar.

 Nanjing Maritime Court and Nanjing International Commercial Tribunal, Suzhou International Commercial Tribunal, Wuxi International Commercial Tribunal, Pilot Free Trade Zone Court of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area People’s Court, Pilot Free Trade Zone Tribunal of Suzhou Industrial Park People's Court, China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone of Lianyungang area Tribunal jointly signed “The Proposal on Serving Higher-Level Opening up and Creating a Preferred Place for Dissolving Foreign-related Commercial and Maritime Disputes.”

 Nanjing Maritime Court signed “The Agreement on Co-construction of Innovation Base for Collaborative Training of Foreign-related Maritime Legal Talents” with seven law schools from Nanjing University, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, Soochow University, Jiangsu Ocean University respectively.

Yang Changshun, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanjing Maritime Court, released "Several Measures of Nanjing Maritime Court on Serving High-Quality Development of Marine Economy" and typical cases.

Relevant experts discussed and communicated on issues related to foreign-related rule of law, maritime justice and foreign-related talent training.
