In order to further deepen the understanding and research of new formats and problems in the maritime field, and to improve the level of maritime judicial services to ensure high-quality economic and social development, Nanjing Maritime Court recently held a seminar on legal issues related to port intelligent construction and new forms of logistics services in Zhangjiagang. More than 20 representatives from units such as Nanjing Maritime Court, Suzhou Transportation Bureau, Zhangjiagang Maritime Bureau, universities within and outside Jiangsu province, industry associations, and port and shipping enterprises attended the meeting.

Experts, scholars, representatives from port and shipping enterprises, and lawyers , based on their own practical experience, discussed from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and fully express opinions on the identification of responsible parties for port operation disputes and infringement liability disputes under the background of port intelligence, regulatory requirements and risk prevention for unmanned operator qualifications, security guarantees for port operation and logistics services under the background of electronic, digital, and paperless documents, the risk prevention and control for port operators in the transfer of cargo rights, the determination of responsibility for data security disputes, the evidence requirements in litigation for electronic evidence and other issues.
